Since our founding (1868), we have developed through various processes in the ever-changing economic situation.
Based on our founding spirit, we have devoted ourselves to the development of a number of independent technologies, and have continued to make constant efforts to deliver Awa Spindle products that please our customers. We are grateful to all of our users, suppliers, and many local communities for their support and guidance.
Based on the fact that the company always stays alive, we have inherited the management philosophy of working honestly, earnestly, and with passion. In addition, “people” are the most important asset for companies, and we have practiced “respect for human beings and fostering dignity.”
Based on youth and passion, we will make it an eternal task to become a company that makes the most of people, and we will strive as a company that creates the future by utilizing each person’s abilities.
